OPERATIONAL SCAFFOLDING FOR NEURODIVERGENT FOUNDERS

We don't build productivity apps. We build momentum engines.

It starts with a conversation about how your brain actually works and where the business leaks. We build the agent team around that. You configure nothing, and what we build is yours to keep.

THE ARGUMENT

Every tool you've abandoned was on the subscription's side.

A productivity app needs you engaged with the app. Your business needs the work done. For a neurodivergent founder those two things collide constantly, and when they do, the subscription wins. The dashboard goes stale. The failure gets filed as yours.

Sontra is built the other way round. We take on the configuration work, the system runs in the messaging apps you already use, and what we hand over belongs to you. Not to a platform.

Engagement loops feed the tool. Momentum feeds the business.

WHY IT MATTERS

For every neurodivergent founder you see winning, several failed at the first hurdle.

The difference was almost never talent. The survivors had an organised co-founder, family money, a partner running the back office, or a bit of luck. The graveyard is full of people who had the ideas and the drive, then got destroyed by a tax deadline, a missed renewal, or a contract nobody read.

Sontra exists to make survival a matter of infrastructure, not luck.

The visible few. The rest were just as talented.

WHAT SONTRA IS

External RAM for your business.

The admin your brain won't hold (chasing the renewal, flagging the deadline, reading the contract nobody read) gets handled by a team of agents that runs quietly in the background, in the apps you already talk in. You also get a human who's run businesses on the same wiring. No new dashboard to feed. The last thing you need is one more thing to keep alive.

What's hard varies by brain. For some founders it's admin and follow-through. For others it's visibility, promotion, or the social load of selling. Your system is built around your actual gap, not a stereotype of your diagnosis.

Underneath it sits a portable context package: structured files capturing how you work, deployed onto whatever runtime is currently best. When something better ships, your configuration moves with you.

Your context, packaged. Deployed where you already talk.

HOW IT WORKS

01

One conversation

We talk about how your brain works and where the business leaks. No forms. No settings panel. That conversation is where your configuration starts.

02

Your context package

We turn it into a structured, portable package and build an agent team around it, shaped to how you actually operate.

03

You own it

The team runs where you already are. The package is yours to keep, and the runtime underneath is replaceable.

THE FORMAT

A bounded month. Not an open-ended engagement.

Our first format is a cohort sprint. A small group of founders, one intensive month, weekly check-ins. Together we build out each founder's system on their own context package. Clear start, clear end, because open-ended engagements are where momentum goes to die.

You leave owning a configured system and the literacy to extend it. No retention dependency. Six months later the story should be "I'm still running it," not "I had a great month."

Recover your focus.

We're road-testing the core architecture now. Register interest in the next cohort.
